Arundel & South Downs Lib Dems are saying a huge 'thank you' for the support they received in the recent elections. Our new Councillor, Kirsty Lord, has been delighted by the support and is very excited about her new role working for the residents of Hassocks and Burgess Hill South. The local Lib Dem team campaigned to improve funding for local schools, protect local health services and to review the operating hours and charging regime for the local household recycling sites. These campaigns will go on, with Liberal Democrat General Election pledges to increase national funding for the NHS by £6billion, and for Education by £7billion by 2020.

Arundel & South Downs' Lib Dem Parliamentary candidate Shweta Kapadia says, "I am proud to campaign on these issues, which are vital to the well being of people in this Constituency."
